Ceramic substrates and packages
Our company produces Al2O3 and AlN ceramic substrates both metal coated and non-metalized that could be applied in electronics and electric industries. Products that we currently develop and master include:
-LED packages;
-green HTCC tape (96 to 100% Al2O3);
-polished high alumina substrates (99,8% Al2O3).

Metal coatings:
Brazing capability of our substrates is provided with the following types of metal coatings: Ni.
The coatings can be applied directly on ceramics or on an intermediate metal layer. Following types of intermediate metal layer are available: Mo-Mn, W.

Technologies for adding modified Al2O3 and AlN nano-powders and Al2O3 nano-fibers that we use in our company allow us to enhance thermal conductivity, electric resistivity, and mechanical characteristics.
